Terms and Conditions – Campsites
Welcome to Wild Ridge Campsites and Lodging LLC. By making a reservation or visiting our campground, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
**1. Reservations & Payments**
-Full payment is required at the time of booking
– Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and a Submitted Terms and Conditions Agreement.
– Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
**2. Check-In & Check-Out**
– Check-in time: 2:00 PM through 8 PM | Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
– Early and/or late arrivals or late departures may be subject to additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need additional time. Just let us know so we can be aware And help the transition between guests thank you. This agreement does not create a lease or tenancy. Who ever agrees to this contract is responsible to inform everyone in their group.
**3. Site Rules & Conduct**
– Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– Campfires are only permitted in designated areas with fire pits.
– DO NOT leave campfires unattended.
– No extreme loud music or disruptive behavior is allowed.
– Respect the privacy of other campers.
**4. Cancellations & Refunds**
– Booked reservations are eligible for full refunds if canceled 3 days before reservation.
– If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we will gladly reschedule your stay to a different available date.
– Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your booking.
**5. Occupancy Clause**
– This agreement is for a maximum of four guests and 2 vehicles at each site for a period of no more than seven nights, no unauthorized guests are permitted for over night stays. Guest/Visitors become an unauthorized occupant after the days are fulfilled of their booking.
**6. Pets**
– Friendly, well-behaved pets are welcome.
– Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.
– Owners must clean up after their pets.
– Aggressive pets are not permitted.
**7. Liability**
– Wild Ridge Campsites and Lodging LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
– Guests are financially responsible for any extreme damage caused to campground property.
– The use of any off road vehicle (ORV, ATV, UTV, side-by-side, dirt bike, or modified 4×4 vehicles like jeeps) on our property is at your own risk. Wild Ridge campsites and lodging LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries or your personal property damage.
**8. Prohibited Activities**
– No illegal substances, firearms, or fireworks allowed on the property.
– No hunting on campground premises.
**9. Environmental Protection**
– Help us protect the environment: do not litter, disturb wildlife, or damage plants and trees.
**10. Compliance**
– Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

For the safety and comfort of all guests
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all lodging units, and any enclosed or shared structures.
- Improper disposal of cigarettes or other smoking materials (including throwing butts on the ground or into the woods) is strictly prohibited due to fire risk and environmental impact. Please put all cigarette butts etc in the campfire ring.
